Don Grigsby, Senior Designer

• 24 years plus experience of PCB layout of high-density, multi-layered, high speed designs for optical networking applications
• Prior to joining Millennium, worked for Entrisphere, Ciena Corporation and Praegitzer Design
• Experienced with Cadence Allegro, SPECCTRA Autorouters, Valor Enterprise 3000, Agile and ViewDraw
• Worked with internal signal integrity DFM/DFT and EMI/EMC groups to eliminate potential problem issues on layout designs

Eric Davis, Senior Designer

Jim Stepp, Senior Designer

• Over 15 years of PCB design experience working in service bureau environments which has provided broad exposure to a wide variety of PCB technologies and design projects

Larry Shifman, Senior Account Manager

• More than 18 years of experience working at both well-established technology companies and start-ups
• Responsible for building customer relationships and managing projects for efficient execution and maximum value for Millennium's customers
• Prior employment includes Major Account OEM sales at ATI Technologies, various business development and sales management positions at Compuware, Standard Microsystems, Western Digital, Ridge Computers and Hewlett Packard Corporation.

Patrick Davis, Senior Designer

• Joined Millennium in 1999
• Expertise includes signal integrity simulation on PCB layout, in-depth knowledge of electrical design
• Mastery in complex rule bases and the interface between schematic capture software with Cadence Allegro

Richard Davis, Senior Designer

• An industry veteran with over 30 years in PCB design. His experience dates back to the "tape and Mylar" days prior to CAD systems
